He graduated from the Ontario School of Osteopathy and Alternative Medicine in Toronto. He focuses on Myofascial Release Technique, Counterstain Technique, and Muscle Energy Technique. “What motivates me every day is the satisfaction of seeing our clients get well after coming to our clinic with very serious issues.”

Ghada Shendy is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario. She earned her Bachelor and Master’s degrees of Physical Therapy at the University of Cairo in Egypt. She was the Head of the Department of Physical Therapy at the College of Health Science For Girls and The University of King Abdel Aziz in Saudi Arabia. She specializes in manual therapy and pelvic floor care. Ghada is passionate about providing her patients with the best quality of care using the most advanced and effective treatment methods. Certifications: McKenzie, Mulligan, Pelvic Floor Health, Bioflex Laser, Graston, Manual Physical Therapy Level 2. Mother of three and loving wife.

Ryan Hill graduated in 2012 from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto. He is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Ryan’s experience includes training in the Toronto General Hospital Thoracic Ward, Princess Margaret Lodge, and Sutherland-Chan Clinics. He has worked with clients with various conditions and disabilities, including multiple sclerosis and seniors. Ryan has a strong interest in sports massage and has worked with Toronto Marlies hockey players and Toronto Marathon runners. He uses Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular techniques, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy, and stretching/strengthening exercises. “Find the cause, treat the cause.”

Dr. Michelle Carabache graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2008. She completed her Double Major in Biology and Anthropology Honours Degree with an Emphasis in Health Sciences from Trent University. She received her certification in Contemporary Acupuncture through McMaster University in 2008. Dr. Michelle believes in a holistic approach to care encompassing the mind and body. She is an avid health and wellness enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, running after her three dogs, and cooking.

Oliver Isla graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Western Ontario with a BSc in Kinesiology and with distinction from the University of Toronto with a BSc in Physical Therapy. He has over 20 years of experience working with sports injuries across Canada, Ireland, and South Africa. He previously sat on the Ontario Soccer Association Medical Advisory Committee. Oliver has extensive experience in MVA rehabilitation, chronic conditions, elder care, and long-term care. He is a subject matter expert in patient lifts and transfers.

Sindhuri Parimi is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor in Physiotherapy with honours from India. She has worked in various rehabilitation settings including outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals. Sindhuri has great experience dealing with sports injuries, acute/chronic pain, repetitive injuries, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and workplace injuries (WSIB). She believes in a functional approach using manual techniques, home exercise programs, and patient education to help patients achieve their goals and pre-injury level of function.

Prachi is a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing. She graduated in 2016 from M.S. University, Gujarat, India with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Prachi has worked in multispecialty hospitals, outpatient orthopedic clinics, and private physiotherapy clinics. Her treatment approach includes hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue release, and targeted home-based exercise programs. She is passionate about continuous learning and merging the most current, evidence-based literature into her practice.

Nazma is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families. Her clinical focus includes emotional, behavioural, trauma-related, and relational concerns using CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Systemic Family Therapy. She holds a Master’s and MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dhaka and a Master’s in Counselling from Gonzaga University. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Guelph. Nazma is a mother to a 7-year-old daughter and enjoys reading and tending to her indoor plants.

Udani Fernando

Holistic Therapist – Acupuncture & Reflexology
Udani graduated from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2024. She practices acupuncture, acupressure massage (Tuina), cupping, and guasha. She helps clients with pain management, stress and anxiety reduction, insomnia, and general wellness. Udani is also a Certified Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and has helped many clients with plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, ankle swelling, insomnia, stress, and anxiety. As a former Social Service Worker, community well-being is her top priority.

Tracy has had the privilege of working in health care since 2018. She sees first-hand how the practitioners help so many people go from being in pain to getting back to their lives, grateful and happy. Not only are they professionals, but also kind and caring people. She incorporates their work ethic into her role as office manager. As a team, they strive to make every patient’s experience positive—from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Tracy’s 10+ years in customer service and office management have helped her achieve this and mentor others. Outside of work, she enjoys time at home and the cottage with her husband, four children, and five grandchildren.
